Navratri & Durga Puja Contest – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
1.1. The contest is open to residents of India aged 18 years or above at the time of entry.
1.2. Employees of R R Kabel Limited (hereinafter referred to as “R R Kabel”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, or child) are not eligible to participate.
1.3. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Contest Period
2.1. The contest begins on October 3rd, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM IST on October 13th, 2024.
2.2. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter
3.1. Participants must follow R R Kabel on Instagram or Facebook.
3.2. Participants must post a video or image of their Garba performance or community Durga Puja pandal, tag R R Kabel, and use the hashtag #UtsavKeRangRRKeSang.
3.3. Multiple entries are allowed, but each entry must be unique.
3.4. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

4. Entry Requirements
4.1. Entries must be the original work of the participant and must not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
4.2. Entries should not contain any inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content.
4.3. R R Kabel reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these requirements.

5. Winner Selection
5.1. Winners will be selected based on creativity, adherence to the theme, and visual appeal. R R Kabel reserves the right to select multiple winners.
5.2. The decision of R R Kabel is final and binding in all matters related to the contest.

6. Prize
6.1. Winners will be notified via direct message on the social media platform they used to enter. Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize, failing which another winner may be selected.
6.2. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
6.3. R R Kabel reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value if required.

7. Intellectual Property
7.1. By submitting an entry, participants grant R R Kabel a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display their entry in connection with the promotion of this contest on any media platform.
7.2. Participants retain ownership of the content but agree that R R Kabel can use their content for promotional purposes.

8. Liability
8.1. R R Kabel will not be responsible for any technical, network, or platform-related issues that may prevent participation in the contest.
8.2. R R Kabel will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of participation in the contest or use of the prize.

9. Privacy
9.1. Any personal data provided during the contest will be handled in accordance with R R Kabel’s Privacy Policy and used solely for the purpose of administering the contest.

10. Governing Law
10.1. This contest and its Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.

11. Modification of Terms
11.1. R R Kabel reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on R R Kabel’s social media pages and website.

12. Disqualification
12.1. R R Kabel reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in fraudulent activity, manipulating the contest, or violating any of these terms and conditions.
12.2. Any use of bots, automated systems, or other unethical means to increase chances of winning will result in immediate disqualification.

13. Right to Cancel or Amend
13.1. R R Kabel reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate the contest in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or legal prohibitions.
13.2. In case of cancellation or amendments, R R Kabel will not be held liable to any participant for any changes made.

14. Taxes and Duties
14.1. Any taxes, duties, or other charges applicable on the prizes will be borne by the winners as per the prevailing laws of India.
14.2. R R Kabel will not be responsible for payment of any additional charges incurred by winners during prize redemption or delivery.

15. Force Majeure
15.1. R R Kabel will not be liable for any failure to meet its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to war, riots, strikes, acts of terrorism, or any act of God.

16. Severability
16.1. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
